Level of service provided to our customer

  1. All received works orders shall be processed and whenever possible attended within 16 working hours of receipt from customer.

  2. All customer requests to contact residents directly shall be carried out within 2 working hours of receipt from customer

  3. Confirmation of receipt of order to be sent to customer, confirming which day when we shall be attending within 2 working hours of receipt from customer

  4. Priory jobs can be attended as an emergency call out if requested within two hours in the south east of the country, other areas may take slightly longer but will be attended the same day.

  5. All engineers shall wear company uniform and safety personal protection equipment whilst on site.

  6. All calls into the office or works mobile shall be returned within 2 working hours

  7. All completed works orders to be followed up by a written report to customer within 8 working hours of completion.

  8. All works orders not completed on the first visit or require a second visit for completion shall be referred to the appropriate account manager.

  9. All our engineers report back details of each job to the office before they leave the site via email

  10. All customers shall have a dedicated account manager to refer any queries too.

  11. Any complaints however small to be referred to Operations Manager to investigate and send a written reply.
